I started taking infrared photos in 2022 using a Hoya R72 720nm infrared filter. I had mixed results with this as you need to use long exposures to capture the image and that sometimes caused hot spots in the image. I stuck with it though because I found the world of Infrared Photography to be fascinating. Finally in 2024 I made the upgrade to a converted infrared camera. For this conversion, I went with 590nm infrared to let in a little more visible light and nothing was stopping me. All photos are available as Prints, Framed Prints, or Posters through the shop.
