The Andromeda Galaxy is our closest major galactic neighbor and when in a dark sky location, it can be faintly seen in the sky. Using a camera or a telescope brings a tiny smudge into focus and stacking the data brings it to what you see here. This galaxy is beautiful and is only my second target to work on this year.
